Helping families nourish, grow, and thrive
At Nourish and Nurse, we believe every family deserves compassionate, evidence-based lactation care and a supportive community.
Whether you’re preparing to welcome your baby, navigating the early days of breastfeeding, overcoming feeding challenges, or simply looking for encouragement, we’re here to help you reach your personal feeding goals.
As a Registered Nurse I (Brandi) have specialized lactation training, and provide personalized, family-centered care in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Every family and every feeding journey is unique, and my goal is to provide the education, confidence, and support you need every step of the way. I would also like to take this opportunity to remind you that even though I am an RN, lactation support is a different world entirely and these two roles are very different. If I see something that concerns me as an RN, I will refer you back to the primary care provider for the infant or yourself.
I am equally as confident in Tammy, our LPN and CBS here at Nourish and Nurse. She provides great care with compassion and education that can only be gained with her years of experience! She will be a great partner in your lactation journey.

Breastfeeding Support Groups
(stay tuned for a date and time announcement!)
Breastfeeding was never meant to be a journey taken alone. Our peer support groups offer a welcoming, inclusive space where parents can connect, ask questions, share experiences, and learn from one another while receiving guidance from a lactation professional.
Whether you’re breastfeeding, exclusively pumping, combination feeding, returning to work, or simply looking for connection, you are welcome.
Group meetings may include:
- Open discussion and peer support
- Breastfeeding education
- Latch and positioning tips
- Pumping and bottle-feeding guidance
- Milk supply discussions
- Returning to work strategies
- Introducing solids while continuing breastfeeding
- Weaning support
- Guest speakers from maternal and infant health professions
- Community resources for growing families
Research shows that ongoing peer support can improve breastfeeding confidence, increase breastfeeding duration, and help families feel less isolated. More importantly, it reminds parents that they are not alone.
